TRUSTS

Avoid the Probate Process

You can avoid the delay and expense of the  probate court process entirely if you have a properly drafted Trust.  This tool will transfer your assets without going to court. Your assets will be held in the name of the Trust and the terms of this document will spell out who receives then at your passing. A living trust can be revocable and thus be changed as your circumstances change.

In the alternative, you can create an Irrevocable Trust if you seek to remove assets from your control to create the possibility of being eligible for state assistance in your final medical or rehabilitation needs. We can assist in evaluating this important option.
